How do I cancel my membership?
The app uses Google and Apple Pay so you would do so through the settings on your phone.
I met someone quickly and want to cancel prematurely do I get a refund or prorated total?
No you are billed for one month, you can pause your account and still have access as long as that month is still current.
What is travel mode for?
If you are traveling for work or pleasure, you can set yourself into Travel Mode simply by enabling location. Your city on your profile will not change however, you will see matches nearer to your location or per your search filters and they'll also see you in their search area.
Why can I see profiles from another lane?
Some lanes are restricted to see only profiles in their lane. Others such as Male seeking Female and Female seeking Male can see some other lanes but not all unless you purchase the premium package. We encourage members to keep an open mind when finding their perfect person.
I just created an account and it is paused for some reason?
There could be a few reasons for this. If our AI detected a discrepancy at verification, an account may be paused. If there is inappropriate content, Snapchat filtered photos, or irrelevant photos, we may pause it and ask that you correct it.
What is an example of an irrelevant photo?
A photo that does not include you. We realize you love your dog and your last vacation, save that for the first date. We limited our number of photos because we want you to take this process seriously.
